Sales Associate
Location: Cornelius, NC
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $40,000 Base + Commission

Seeking a motivated sales professional to generate new business, build client relationships, and sell coaching programs, memberships, and events.
Compensation:
$600 per qualified sale
$150 per membership sale
10% commission on event sales
Bonus for ever 5 Sales additional $1500
Associates who stay over a year earn close to 100K (200K for seasoned)
Responsibilities:
Make 100-150 outbound calls daily.
Qualify prospects and close sales.
Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
Participate in sales training and coaching.
Build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in inside sales, outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development.
Strong communication and closing skills.
CRM experience preferred. xhqgsiq
Ability to work onsite in Cornelius, NC.
Ideal Backgrounds: Business consulting, coaching, financial services, insurance, mortgage, real estate, or other B2B sales environments.
