Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying new B2B and B2C business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of customers. Your understanding of eCommerce markets, combined with your exceptional sales skills and strategic approach, will be key to your success in this role.
Key responsibilities
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the USA market for the wholesale and retail industry.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market reach in the wholesale and retail industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients’ business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive value and success.
Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages through all company platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Communicate market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and improvement.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience in sales.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the USA eCommerce market.
Strong competence in Excel.
Strong understanding of cultural, economic, and business dynamics across USA.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients. xzgxqkn
Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
