Automotive Sales Associate - Luxury Lincoln Dealership
Earn $70K-$150K+ | Every Other Weekend Off

What You Can Expect
$70,000 - $150,000+ annual earning potential
Every other weekend off for work-life balance

What You'll Do
Work with customers in a high-end facility, and low-pressure environment
Help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs
Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
Build lasting relationships and generate repeat/referral business
Stay current on Lincoln products, features, and technology
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
Automotive sales experience (luxury experience is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Able to follow the processes we have in place
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
