Sales Bdc Representative
The Sales BDC Representative manages inbound and outbound customer communications to generate appointments and leads for the sales department. This role plays a vital part in the customer's first impression of the dealership, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up that drives showroom traffic and online engagement.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales staff
Maintain a high level of product and promotion knowledge
Update and manage CRM data accurately
Follow up with unsold leads and previous customers
Work closely with sales managers to meet lead conversion goals
