Sales Order/Billing SpecialistImmediate need Our client is looking to hire a Sales Order/Billing Specialist to their team.Duties include:Processing of sales orders and related fulfillment.Communication with warehouse manager on availability of items and related shipments.Processing of invoices & handle all billing for shipped itemsCustomer service (working with clients and vendors)Answering phones.Accurate and detailed order entryRequirements:Excellent communication abilitiesOutgoing personalityAdvanced organizational practicesMS Office Suite with ExcelBase salary 45k-55k plus excellent benefits.
