nThe Opportunity
nAs a Trimlight Sales Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of the brand inside retail locations. You'll engage with shoppers, introduce them to Trimlight's innovative lighting solutions, create excitement around the product, and turn conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

nWhat You'll Do
nnnEngage with customers in retail locations and create interest in Trimlight products
n
nnProactively approach shoppers and initiate conversations
n
nnEducate customers on Trimlight's features, benefits, and year-round applications
n
nnIdentify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions
n
nnGenerate qualified leads and sales opportunities
n
nnAccurately capture customer information and follow up on opportunities
n
nnConsistently work toward individual and team sales goals
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnOutgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
n
nnStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
n
nnSales experience preferred, but not required
n
nnRetail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
n
nnCompetitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
n
nnBilingual in Spanish is a plus
n
nnMust have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at retail locations throughout the market
n
