Job description
SRV, a growing refrigeration and HVAC/R service provider in Salt Lake City, seeks a Director of Sales & Business Development to build and lead the sales organization. The role focuses on winning new customers, developing strategic accounts, and creating a repeatable sales process.
The Director will recruit, coach, and lead a team of BD reps and account managers, set goals, manage performance, and develop scalable processes to drive growth across the Mountain West.
