BDC RepresentativeAs a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—helping schedule appointments, answering inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting our sales operations. This position is essential to our dealership’s success and offers a clear path for advancement for high performers.What You’ll DoEngage with customers by phone, text, email, and online inquiriesSet qualified appointments for the sales teamFollow up with prospects to maintain interest and increase show ratesSupport sales consultants with information, communication, and coordinationTrack interactions and appointment outcomes in the CRMBe a positive, professional representative of Thompson Automotive at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and enthusiasticAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and CRM navigation skillsPrior BDC or automotive experience is a plus, but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsWe believe in rewarding performance and providing financial growth opportunities.
