Sales Closers at Reach Design COReach Design CO is a dynamic and innovative digital marketing business located in Pensacola, Florida. Our services include SEO, website design, general services, graphic design, and logo design. We are committed to helping businesses establish a solid online presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.Job Description: We are currently seeking talented and ambitious Sales Closers to join our team on a 1099 basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential clients, with the goal of achieving our sales target of $1,100,000 for the next 12 months.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and initiate contact.Present and explain our services to potential clients.Engage in negotiations and close deals.Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.Achieve set sales targets.Compensation: The average sales value range is between $1800 and $3200, with a sell-in cycle time of 1 to 6 days. For each sale made, a commission payout of 15% will be provided. Additionally, a monthly retainer of $2500 is given, with an allotted working time of 120 hours per month.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or digital services industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Self-motivated and target-driven.Familiarity with SEO, website design, graphic design, and logo design is a plus.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to click the "invite to rep" button.
