As the first point of contact for many of our prospective buyers and Club members, the Sales Concierge plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys exceptional customer service, luxury hospitality, private-club environments, and real estate.Schedule: Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PMWhat You'll DoWelcome and assist prospective buyers, Club members, and guests with a warm and professional approachServe as the primary weekend presence at the Sales Center front deskSupport the Real Estate Sales team with daily administrative and client-service needsAnswer phones, respond to emails, and assist with client communicationMaintain schedules, calendars, records, and sales-related informationAssist with MLS, databases, spreadsheets, and other sales systemsPrepare the Sales Center for daily operations and special eventsStay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnticipate the needs of the Sales team and help create a seamless client experienceMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with clients and real estate transactionsQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Naturally welcoming and service-orientedProfessional, polished, and personableHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable interacting with discerning clienteleConfident communicating in person, by phone, and through emailAble to multitask and remain calm in a busy environmentComfortable working independently while being a strong team playerInterested in luxury real estate, private clubs, hospitality, or client servicesComfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsWilling to learn MLS and Promontory-specific systems and processesReal estate experience is a plus, but not required.
