The Role: High-Performance Sales & Service
This is a
sales-heavy
position. you are a Wellness Consultant responsible for meeting membership quotas and service goals.
Starting Pay:
$17/hr +
Uncapped Commissions and Performance Bonuses.
We value professional boundaries, mutual respect, and hitting targets.
The Standards:
We utilize Zenoti and expect "old school" customer service—that means personalized follow-ups, detailed client notes, and 5-star hospitality.

Confidently meet daily and weekly sales goals.

Maintain a pristine facility and handle high-volume scheduling with precision.
