The Role
This is a sales role, and that’s how you make the difference. Professionals who are ready for a better job search book a consultation with us. You’ll understand where they are, show them how we can help, and guide the right people to get started. Success here is measured by how many people you enroll, because every enrollment is someone who gets real help.
What you’ll do
Run 30-minute Zoom consultations with job seekers, from mid-level professionals to directors and VPs earning $150K–$1M+
Learn their situation, recommend the right plan, and enroll them on the call
Handle real objections, such as “I need to think about it,” “Can you guarantee results?” and “I can do this myself”
Book a dated follow-up with anyone who isn’t ready, and follow through
Log every call and its outcome in our CRM
Schedule
5 hours a day
You’re a fit if you have
2+ years in consultative B2C sales with a quota you consistently hit. Admissions or enrollment, recruiting, financial services, or high-ticket coaching are ideal.
Specific results you can share: what you sold, at what price, and your close rate
The confidence to talk with senior executives as a peer, and the patience to guide someone who’s been searching for months
Familiarity with tech and AI roles (PM, engineering, data), or a willingness to learn quickly
A US location, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet place to take calls on camera
Pay
$20–30/hr depending on experience
A bonus for every client you enroll
A paid two-week trial on live calls before we commit long-term
