Mainline Strategies is growing our Virginia Beach team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to build experience in sales, customer engagement, and leadership.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in a face-to-face retail environment while representing established client brands. You’ll learn how to understand customer needs, communicate solutions effectively, and create a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Connecting with customers face-to-face
Working toward individual and team sales goals
Participating in ongoing sales and leadership development
Collaborating with a motivated, performance-driven team
Start with hands-on training in customer engagement, sales strategy, product knowledge, and client representation.
Strengthen your communication, problem-solving, leadership, and relationship-building skills through daily experience and ongoing coaching.
Advancement is performance-based, giving motivated team members the opportunity to pursue increased responsibility and long-term growth within the organization.
This is a W-2 position with guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses. Paid training is provided.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but it isn’t required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or other team-oriented environments can translate well into this role.
