Sales Consultant
to join our team.

What Youll Do
Welcome customers and create a positive first impression of the dealership
Assist customers in making purchase decisions through active listening and needs assessment
Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Explain product features, performance, applications, and benefits
Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
Handle objections and pricing discussions with confidence and integrity
Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional customer experience
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding sales activities and goals
Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your sales skills
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, competitive, and goal-oriented personality
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Basic computer and math proficiency
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales, retail, customer service, or automotive experience
Experience working in a team-oriented environment
Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization

This is an onsite position. Evening and weekend hours may be required to meet customer and business needs.
