About The Role

The construction industry moves fast, so we are eager to find a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and is eager to achieve and surpass the goals that are given to them.
Key Responsibilities
Promptly respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email, or in person.
Attend on-going training courses to stay current on our products.
Build proposals and quotes reflecting the needs of the customer.
Capture meaningful client data and sales order information using company-provided tools and procedures.
Cultivate relatability and reliability with each customer connection for return and referral opportunities.
Achieve monthly development and sales goals
Work as a team player and partner with fellow team members to create a positive, supportive, respectful and cohesive work environment.
Participate in regular shifts to cover store operational hours, including weekends and some holidays.
Cooperate in all store activities, as needed, including opening and closing procedures and occasional after-hours events.
Qualifications
At least two years working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
One year of customer service or customer-facing environments.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and demonstrate active listening skills.
Minimum High school diploma or GED.
Availability to work 5 weekly shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Shifts are typically, 9:30am – 6:00pm
Working Environment & Conditions: General showroom setting, frequently sitting, standing, walking, and use of computer and phone.
Required to wear business professional attire.
