What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment at InterEx is a sales and business development career.
You'll learn how to build your own market, win new business and develop relationships with clients, while also finding and managing the best talent for them.
Developing new business through sales, prospecting
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Learning how to pitch and sell recruitment solutions
Sourcing and headhunting candidates across the technology market
Managing candidate and client relationships
Negotiating and closing deals
Building your own network and specialist market
Working towards clear sales and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
You could be:
A recent or upcoming graduate
A competitive athlete
Someone with 1–3+ years of sales experience
From a business development or customer-facing background
Have a strong passion for sales
Looking to make a career change into a high-performance environment
