Responsibilities
Communicate our unique approach
Interview customers to determine wants and needs
Gather customer and vehicle information
Demonstrate the product
Conduct customer test drives
Complete sales documents
Perform customer follow up by phone and email
Qualifications
Ability to work with a diverse group of customers and earn their respect.
Focus on customer satisfaction – giving our guests a WOW experience.
Enthusiasm and sales drive while working in a team oriented atmosphere.
Professional appearance.
Positive attitude with the ability to find solutions to sales challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good computer skills and knowledge of mobile technology.
Must enjoy the varied hours of a retail work environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Ideal candidates come from various backgrounds, including retail, banking, mobile phone sales, and customer service. College graduates with management and marketing degrees welcome. No sales experience? We have an excellent 30‑day comprehensive paid training program for qualified candidates. Five day work week; excellent income potential.
