Location: Volvo Cars Orange County – Santa Ana, CA

Your Role:

• Sales Process Management: Assist customers through the entire car-buying process, from initial contact to closing the deal
• Product Expertise: Stay informed about Volvo’s product line, features, and benefits, conveying your knowledge with enthusiasm and clarity
• Achieve Sales Targets: Set and reach personal and team goals to drive the dealership’s success
Qualifications:
• Automotive Sales Experience Required: Minimum 1 year preferred
• Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
• Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dealership systems and technology to enhance customer experiences
