Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred.
Strong office skills with proficiency in computer applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
Cash handling experience is an advantage.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
