McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for a Sales Coordinator at our Dubuque, Ia corporate office.
Be part of the action as a Sales Coordinator, supporting our dealerships and finance team while gaining experience and advancing your career.
Ideal Backgrounds:
• Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Accounting Assistant
• Finance Assistant
• Business Office Administrator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):
• Process invoices and sales documentation for new and used equipment transactions.
• Conduct lien searches and secure required release documentation.
• Coordinate inventory audits and track equipment transfer between locations.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Support the finance, sales, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
• Identify process improvements and handle confidential information professionally.
Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
• Preferred candidates will possess a 2-4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced workflow are critical to success in this position.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
