Job description
Sales Department Administrative Assistant
Manufacturer of construction materials is looking for someone to assist with administrative duties in their sales department. Duties:
Responsible for coordinating sales data for the sales team. The data is used by other departments as well.
Data entry experience and done in an efficient and timely manner: detailed and minimal errors
Great customer service
Bilingual
Ability to work under pressure and availability to work at any given time on any given day.
Able to communicate effectively and work with other departments
Demonstrated proficiency with computer to include knowledge of Microsoft Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
Experience with SAP preferred but not required
Mon to Fri, 7 am to 4 pm with occasional Saturdays. Pay: $20 to $22 depending on experience. Assignment Duration: Sept/October 2026 to ~ March 2027
