Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Neptune, New Jersey
Type: Contract To Hire Opportunity
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40.0 hours per week
Job Summary:
Keep sales moving-without cold calling. The Sales Coordinator will support an inside sales team by managing customer order flow, quotes, and customer communication from start to finish.
What you'll do:
Manage purchase orders, change orders, certifications , and order files
Maintain customer documentation and customer portals
Serve as the day-to-day liaison with customers (phone/email/in person)
Support quotations , application/spec reviews, and customer requirements
Provide order status updates and help resolve customer issues quickly
Maintain open order / bookings reports and other tracking
Coordinate with Manufacturer's Rep groups and regional partners
This is an inside sales support role (no cold calling)
What we're looking for: 3-10 years in sales coordination, order admin, customer service, or inside sales support
Comfort working in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel/Outlook)
Strong written/verbal communication with customers + internal teams
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High School diploma (or equivalent) required
Nice to have: Manufacturer's rep experience, trade show coordination
