Sales Coordinator – Residential ConstructionGainesville, FL$25 per hour plus commission | Targeted annual earnings around $60,000A well-established residential construction company is seeking an organized, outgoing and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support its Gainesville sales operation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative skills with a natural ability to build relationships. You will help prospective homeowners navigate the early stages of the homebuilding process, maintain consistent communication with sales leads and support the sales team from initial inquiry through contract and customer selections.Compensation and BenefitsStarting pay of approximately $25 per hour, based on experienceAfter successfully completing the 90-day introductory period, additional commission of approximately $200–$300 per completed saleTargeted annual earnings around $60,000Medical benefits401(k)Two weeks of paid vacation after one yearTraining, professional development and advancement opportunitiesResponsibilitiesWelcome prospective customers and create a professional, positive first impressionExplain the company's general homebuilding and sales processAnswer incoming calls and respond promptly to customer inquiriesContact prospective customers by phone, email and other communication channelsConsistently follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into appointmentsMaintain accurate lead and customer information in company systemsSupport the sales team throughout the prospect-development processHelp coordinate the transition from contract signing through customer selectionsOrganize customer files, contracts and sales documentationAssist with documentation needed for closingsMaintain reports, tracking systems and accurate recordsHelp coordinate open houses, sales events and customer-appreciation activitiesAssist with local advertising and marketing initiativesMaintain a professional and inviting showroom environmentProvide additional administrative support to the General Manager as neededIdeal QualificationsAt least one year of experience in sales support, customer service, hospitality, retail, real estate or office administrationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable making outbound calls and maintaining regular contact with prospective customersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple customers, deadlines and prioritiesProficiency with computers and web-based applicationsExperience with Google Workspace is preferredProfessional appearance and a positive, customer-focused demeanorInterest in residential construction, real estate or new-home sales is a plusScheduleFull-time, five-day workweekOccasional Saturdays requiredThis is a career opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting a sales process and contributing to the growth of a successful local operation.
