About the Job:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support new home sales and customer relationships for an established residential homebuilder in Petersburg, VA.
This opportunity is with a well-established residential homebuilder specializing in custom and personalized single-family homes.
The ideal candidate will support the sales process, coordinate with prospective homebuyers, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through contract execution.
What You'll Do:
Support the sales team throughout the new home sales process.
Coordinate with prospective buyers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
Manage customer inquiries, appointments, contracts, and sales documentation.
Assist with homebuyer selections, pricing, and project coordination.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in new home sales, sales coordination, or residential homebuilding.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and sales activities.
Experience with CRM systems and sales documentation.
Understanding of the residential construction and homebuying process preferred.
