Job description

Description:

We are seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Sales Counselor to represent all Blue Heron product lines and serve as a trusted guide throughout the client journey. This role is instrumental in delivering the elevated, personalized experience that defines the Blue Heron brand — from first introduction through the completion of the homebuilding process.

A Blue Heron Sales Counselor combines exceptional relationship-building skills with a deep appreciation for luxury design, architecture, and client experience. This key role connects with prospective homeowners, articulate the unique value of a Blue Heron home, and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch sales environment and is energized by helping clients bring their vision to life.

How the Role Contributes

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

Create a welcoming, elevated experience for prospective clients that reflects the sophistication and values of the Blue Heron brand.

Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire sales and build journey, ensuring every interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and personalized.

Conduct engaging tours through the Client Experience Center, show homes, and available homesites while showcasing Blue Heron's innovative architecture and design philosophy.

Build meaningful relationships with clients to fully understand their lifestyle goals, purchasing motivations, and vision for their future home.

Facilitate the purchasing process, including financing education, lender introductions, and ensuring a smooth and timely loan process.

Coordinate appointments and collaborate with internal Blue Heron disciplines to support a cohesive client experience.

Actively participate in client walks and milestone celebrations, helping create memorable moments throughout the homebuilding journey.

Drive Sales & Business Growth

Utilize proven sales strategies, presentation tools, and marketing resources to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Generate and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, community engagement, and relationship-building.

Independently manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline while maintaining consistent lead follow-up and engagement.

Clearly communicate Blue Heron's unique value proposition and differentiators within the luxury home market.

Maintain strong lead conversion performance through proactive communication and strategic follow-through.

Collaborate on marketing initiatives and participate in Grand Openings, community events, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and client traffic.

Champion Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate and timely client information within the CRM throughout the sales process.

Stay current and knowledgeable on all Blue Heron products, including floorplans, homesites, options, design processes, financing, and communities.

Ensure the show home is consistently maintained to Blue Heron's elevated standards, including opening, closing, and routine upkeep.

Complete all required reporting thoroughly and on time.

Draft and execute reservation and purchase agreements with accuracy and professionalism.

Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to continually sharpen expertise and performance.

Requirements:
