Job description
Gusto in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Data Science Leader to empower the Sales Data team responsible for revenue insights, forecasting, and measurement. You will guide senior sales and marketing leaders through complex analyses and mentor analysts toward statistical, causal thinking.
As AI tooling matures, you will help shift the team toward advanced forecasting, quasi-experimental methods, and self-service analytics, collaborating with Data Eng, CRM, Finance, and Ops to scale impact.
