The right candidate can live anywhere near the Denver metropolitan area.Job Description:As an individually contributing sales representative of a major storage and organization manufacturer, the Sales Development Director (SDD) is responsible for developing and managing the growth of independent dealers serving both the single family and multifamily markets in our Western region. The SDD will represent the organization and product lines while educating the dealer, single family, and multifamily market members about our products, programs, and opportunities in storage and organization. The primary responsibilities will be to:Target and sell new dealer & builder partnersEstablish and nurture strong professional relationships with existing dealersSell on the quality of our products, innovation in both product and technology platforms, and accelerate the transition of builders and owner-developers to upgraded storage optionsNetwork and build relationships with Single Family and Multi-family owners, architects, general contractors, builders, and installing dealers in the territory and sell them on Organized Living products and programs.Travel in-market to all key current and prospective customers on a regular basisRequired:5-10 years sales experience (at a minimum)Experience in these industries: construction, storage, and/or organizationFamiliarity with and proficiency in the latest technologies, including presentation software, mobile, CRM (MS Dynamics), and other online applicationsWillingness to travel (typically 50-60%)Competitive, energetic, and motivated attitude – the right candidate should have a passion for salesExcellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, persuasion, and presentationKnowledge of how to work with team members and leverage influencer channelsHigh EQ seller – we expect our salespeople to have a Challenger Sales mentalityCapable of both business development and account managementMust be an effective strategic thinker with proven tactical execution – territory planning is keyExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsPreferred:Experience selling software platformsSuccessful track record of managing independent teamsThis position has a competitive salary and a profit-sharing program along with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and 401k match.If you have the desire to be a significant contributor to a profitable expanding company, please apply now or on our website at EEO: M/F/H/V/D, Drug-free workplace.
