About the Role
The Marketing team at Eightfold is looking for a passionate and driven leader to manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives for one of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing SaaS companies. Our rapidly growing sales development team is creative, tenacious and continues to drive significant pipeline for the company. The goal of your work is to hire, train and coach a team of SDRs to generate pipeline for our Sales team. Your team will do creative outreach to executives that will ultimately convert into new business for Eightfold. The SDR team works closely with our AEs to both set first meetings and to help progress early-stage deals. What you'll do in this role:
Hire and recruit a team of SDRs that consistently hits pipeline goals
Coach SDRs to achieve and exceed quota and mentor throughout their SDR tenure
Teach creative, personalized and strategic outreach to secure meetings with executives at the world's largest companies
Manage early-stage pipeline with AEs and Sales Leadership
Continuously track metrics and improve efficiency of the SDRs
Work with our GTM teams to measure and drive predictable pipeline growth
Support an outbound process to complement our inbound engagement with Marketing programs
Constantly test new and innovative ways to capture and convert prospective customers
Qualifications
Successful track record managing an SDR team and consistently hitting quota
Proven experience and passion for teaching, developing, and growing SDRs
Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual SDR
The ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt rapidly to a fluid, high-growth environment
Team player with a strong sense of ownership, “get things done” attitude and problem solver who brings valuable and thoughtful insights to increase revenue

The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for commissions and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location.
Salary Range $111,750 - $149,000 (base + commission)
