Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads across the U.S. & Canada
Qualify prospects and book high-quality appointments
Engage decision-makers and drive real sales conversations
Consistently hit and exceed KPIs (calls, connects, appointments)
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting
Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent
Ability to work in EST timezone (night shift in Cairo)
Confident, persuasive, and resilient on calls
Strong listening and objection-handling skills
Tech-savvy; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Background in B2B sales or lead generation
Success in This Role Looks Like:
Consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
High conversion rates from calls to booked meetings
Strong pipeline contribution to the sales team
