We are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to support outbound motions for ShipperGuide TMS.Job Type: ExemptDepartment: Digital SalesLocation: Chicago HQWhat You Get To Do:Research and prioritize target warehouse and distribution companies and their key decision-makersEngage senior executives through high-volume outbound (phone, email, social)Book qualified intro meetings for Account ExecutivesConfidently communicate the value of Loadsmart's digital solutionsDevelop SaaS sales skills with a clear path to a closing roleContribute to a high-performance, winning sales cultureHelp craft creative, compelling outbound messaging for ideal customersYou Have Experience:0–1+ years of sales or lead generation experience with a track record of hitting goalsStrong communication, customer engagement, and organizational skillsHigh energy self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership over learning and success$53,000 - $55,000 a year The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, the candidate's experience and expertise.
