The Opportunity
A fast-scaling, well-funded logistics technology platform is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own new enterprise business across North America. This is a business that has out-competed 40 global vendors in a McKinsey-run RFP process to win one of the world's largest retailers, and is now building out a lean, high-performing US sales function to match that ambition. This is a rare opportunity to sell a genuinely differentiated, AI-driven orchestration platform into large enterprise logistics operations, working directly alongside founder-level leadership.
The Impact You Will Have
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting net-new logos, not account growth
Build and convert a pipeline of true enterprise deals (six-figure-plus annual contract value)
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees spanning business, operational and technical decision-makers
Help shape go-to-market strategy as an early, high-visibility hire in a growing US team
Work in close partnership with founder and C-suite leadership on deal strategy
What Success Looks Like
Substantial enterprise software sales experience, ideally within transportation or supply chain technology
A track record of closing new logos rather than managing or growing existing accounts
Confidence owning technical and product-led conversations, including leading demos personally
A stable, high-performing career history rather than frequent short tenures
Resilience and self-direction to build a territory from the ground up
