Lawyer.com is looking for an energetic and outgoing sales professional to lead our growing direct sales team.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience of managing successful sales team
Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics
Excellent communication and people skills
The ability to establish relationships with customers
Organized & Efficient
Be confident dealing with customers in person, on the phone or via email.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines
Requirements
Manage Team and hit monthly and annual growth goals
Develops new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets.
Manages critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients.
Coordinates and collaborates cross-departmentally, including Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product.
Directs problem solves activities to resolve customer related issues.
