HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team at the Beacon Hotel at Embassy Row in Washington DC. You will oversee revenue from rooms, banquets, catering, and events, guiding pricing, market mix, and sales strategy to meet budgets.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales leadership, Hilton experience is a plus, and strong skills in Word, Excel, and Delphi. You will lead a high-performance team and coordinate with marketing and PR to maximize revenue.
