The Role:
As Sales Director, you’ll lead a team of three, driving revenue growth and expanding our client's market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a top-performing sales professional to step into leadership while still being hands-on in winning new business. You’ll develop strategies, mentor your team, and collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of three sales professionals.
Drive new business acquisition while strengthening existing relationships.
Shape and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market impact.
Work closely with leadership to align sales goals with company vision.
