Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients by serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. Understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead a high‑performing sales team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Track key sales metrics and performance indicators to measure progress against goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
A passion for driving positive change through business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving common goals.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
