What You Will Do:
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently execute the Warrior Selling process and achieve sales targets
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined prospecting, follow-up, and closing
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
Align sales efforts with production, marketing, and operational teams to optimize customer experience and margins
Manage sales operations, support functions, and transaction coordination for maximum efficiency
Collaborate with marketing to attract quality leads
Elevate the customer journey from initial contact to project completion, ensuring trust and satisfaction
Identify market trends, customer insights, and sales opportunities to inform company strategies
Own talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and continuous development
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a proven track record of exceeding growth targets and scaling successful sales organizations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and familiarity with the Warrior Selling 5-4-3 Sales Framework
Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams while fostering accountability and high performance standards
Expertise in leading the full sales process, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, objection handling, closing, and sales team execution
Ability to identify performance gaps, implement strategic improvements, leverage data insights, and drive sustainable revenue growth
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting tools, and pipeline management to support data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, relationship-building, customer service, and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and clients effectively
Experience within residential construction, remodeling, homebuilding, real estate, or related industries
