Job description
Hilton Shreveport is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Sales, Catering and Conference Services teams. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve budgeted revenues, RevPAR goals and market penetration while maintaining strong client relationships.
Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team, partner with Revenue Management on pricing and forecasting, and oversee proposals, contracts and client inspections to ensure timely, professional service.
