Job description
Logixs Search is partnering with a well-established LTL carrier in California's Central Valley to appoint a Sales Director who will build, lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This is a pure leadership role with no personal quota; you will drive the commercial growth through the team rather than selling personally.
The role offers a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 plus commission and benefits, with the office in the Central Valley and hybrid working after six months.
