This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing outbound sales organization within a high-value market segment.
About the Role
The Sales Director will play a key role in leading and elevating the company’s sales strategy, combining both strategic leadership and hands-on execution .
This position reports directly to the CEO and will have full responsibility for the performance, structure, and growth of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the outbound sales organization
Drive revenue growth and improve conversion of high-intent leads
Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics
Personally close high-value deals and lead complex negotiations
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Collaborate closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in sales leadership roles (Director / Head of Sales / similar)
Strong background in premium services or high-ticket sales environments
Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams
Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in growth-stage or scaling companies is highly valued
Key Conditions
High-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO

Incentive structure: Up to $10,000+ annually based on performance
Estimated total compensation: $160,000
