QLM Search is partnering a specialist ingredients/Flavors/chemicals group that is looking to appoint a Sales Director. Reporting to the President and forming part of the commercial and business leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 3 - 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist distribution Ingredient portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Sales Director within the B2B Flavor/Fragrance/Chemicals Ingredients (ideally with a mix of distributor and manufacturer experience) and will have excellent new business, key account leadership and communication skills. xhmxlyz You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation.
