The Sales Director at Multiplier will serve as a front-line manager, leading a team of 8-9 Sales Executives. This role is central to achieving the company’s sales targets and involves hiring, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
As a key leader within Multiplier, the Sales Director will drive strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance, ensuring monthly quotas are consistently met and exceeded. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual capable of fostering a collaborative and high-energy sales environment.
Skills & Qualification
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets
Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate goals and strategies to the team
Proven track record in sales management, demonstrating a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions
Solid negotiation skills to support team members in closing deals and securing client contracts
Experience in recruitment and development of sales professionals to build a strong team
Proficiency with CRM software to manage sales processes and track team performance
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 8-9 Sales Executives, setting clear performance expectations and sales targets
Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed for success
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Multiplier’s goals, driving the team to achieve monthly quotas
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights to enhance team performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any cross-functional challenges
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies to stay competitive in the market
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and accountability
