Job description
Lead enterprise sales for Scalata's generative AI platform, helping banks and institutional investors transform credit workflows through AI-powered automation.
Own strategic client relationships, revenue growth, and market expansion while positioning Scalata as the leading AI partner for financial institutions.
What you'll do
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting banks and institutional investors
Own revenue targets, build and manage a high-value sales pipeline, and consistently exceed growth objectives
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across financial institutions
Present Scalata's AI platform through tailored demonstrations, presentations, and business cases
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver client-focused solutions
Provide market insights that influence product strategy and roadmap development
Represent Scalata at conferences, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives
Help build and mentor a world-class enterprise sales organization as the company scales
What we're looking for
10+ years of enterprise sales experience within banking, institutional investing, or financial technology
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex enterprise software or technology deals
Experience managing large enterprise sales pipelines ($15M+ preferred)
Deep understanding of banking, institutional investing, credit markets, and financial regulations
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, or generative AI applications within financial services
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
