Job description
Stuart Weitzman in New York is seeking an assistant store manager to support the Store Manager in achieving the store's sales plan and KPI goals. You will lead by example, coach the team, and help develop a clientele strategy while ensuring a bold, energetic customer experience.
You will recruit and onboard talent, train staff on selling service, uphold visual and policy standards, and manage daily tasks to maximize 4-wall contribution and minimize operating costs.
