The appropriate candidate for this position is a highly motivated, team-oriented individual capable of operating under minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Drive business growth by pursuing new and existing aerospace/defense accounts.Selling the suite of engineering services offered by the company, including dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, first article inspection, production inspection, third party validation, and CAD modeling.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in aerospace and defense organizations.Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare proposals and support project acceptance.Negotiate and secure NDAs, purchase orders, and long-term contracts.Delivering proposals and securing Purchase Orders.Traveling within your area of responsibility.Performing all other sales and account support related duties as needed.Requirements:Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience; Bachelor's Degree a plus.Outside sales experience. Knowledge of inspection processes, manufacturing, or engineering services preferred.
