Sales EngineerFull Time Role Southwestern MontanaHere's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:Step into a critical customer-facing role where you'll lead the sales process for complex industrial systems, from initial outreach through post-sale support. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with clients and represent advanced, high-impact manufacturing equipment across the U.S.Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:Own and manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, and deal closureTravel to customer sites nationwide for on-site meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrationsDeliver detailed, customized proposals and respond to technical sales inquiries and RFPsMaintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and consistently meet or exceed sales goalsPresent technical solutions at industry events, tradeshows, and customer sessionsWork closely with internal engineering and operations teams to align product offerings with customer needsIdentify new sales opportunities and help expand the company's footprint into additional market verticalsHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role:5+ years of experience in capital equipment or technical solution salesB.S. in Engineering or related fieldTrack record of success selling to industrial or manufacturing clientsSolid understanding of materials processing and industrial machineryStrong customer engagement and presentation abilitiesTechnical proficiency for product demos, installations, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with CRM systems; Salesforce preferredU.S. Citizenship and valid driver's licenseWillingness to travel up to 50% domesticallyPay Range:$90,000 annuallyBenefits That Matter to You:Generous vacation and paid time offComprehensive medical, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company contribution and profit-sharing potentialRelocation assistance to beautiful Southwest MontanaWork in a collaborative, engineering-first culture where your work has tangible, global impactReady to take the next step?
