Adasoft is expanding its U.S. team and is looking for a Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation to develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and support the growth of our automation solutions in the U.S. market.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines technical knowledge, commercial skills, and a customer-focused approach to understand customer needs and deliver effective automation solutions.
Headquarters: Plantation, Florida with Remote flexibility.
Willingness to travel across the U.S. (40–60%).
What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and support the definition of technical solutions.
Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to proposal and project award.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals with the support of our engineering teams.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Participate in industry events, promotional activities, and customer visits.
Collaborate with international teams to deliver successful projects.
What We're Looking For
Degree or technical education in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields .
3+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development, or Industrial Marketing.
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems is highly valued.
Experience supporting technical proposals, customer interactions, and commercial activities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Nice to Have
Experience selling industrial projects or automation solutions.
Background in manufacturing, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Chemical, or other industrial sectors.
Knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, ABB, Beckhoff, or similar platforms.
Experience with Industry 4.0, MES, IIoT, or Smart Manufacturing.
