You'll engage across key verticals—including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), Hospitality Service Providers (HSPs), Retail, and Enterprise—delivering tailored architectures, competitive positioning, and hands-on support that drive revenue and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent TP?Link's end-to-end portfolio: wired, wireless (Wi?Fi 6/7), cloud management, security, surveillance, and automation/telemetry solutions.Own technical sales motions end-to-end: discovery, architecture/design, RF planning (passive/active), predictive heatmaps, BOMs, proposals, demos/POCs, competitive bake-offs, and TCO/ROI positioning.Design secure, scalable networking solutions including routing, switching, QoS, segmentation, and WLAN security for indoor/outdoor deployments.Build and grow relationships with key channel partners, MSPs, MDUs, HSPs, Retail, Enterprise, and SLED accounts; deliver technical enablement and training.Troubleshoot and lead complex issue resolution during evaluations and pilots; drive technical wins to close.Contribute to technical content (playbooks, whitepapers, webinars) and present at tradeshows, seminars, and partner events.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer requirements and influence roadmap.
