Sales EngineerWe are seeking a bilingual (English/Japanese) Sales Engineer who can understand client needs and deliver optimal solutions from a technical standpoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting internal coordination to ensure high-quality service and customized solutions.Our focus is to develop and lead the global market with precision components. If you're seeking a mission-driven company with a warm, team-oriented atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit for you.Responsibilities for Sales Engineer:Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutionsProvide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approachesMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-upConduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunitiesCollaborate closely with partner factories in JapanHandle post-sales follow-up and support as neededQualifications for Sales Engineer:Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English. Experience in B2B sales or as a sales engineer AND/OR background in engineering or technical knowledge. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges.Work Schedule for Sales Engineer:Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour break)Compensation & Benefits:Entry level: $55,000 - $70,000 Experienced person: $70,000 - $120,000Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Bonus
