Sales Engineer – USA - Midwest TerritoryPhoenix Laser Solutions is searching for a dynamic Sales Engineer. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join one of the industry's most capable and fastest growing process specialists in the US! Our team is growing due to incredible customer demand for increased integration of laser cladding and welding techniques for process solutions.In this role you will provide end-to-end solutions for companies who need solutions for metal addition applications, whether for restoration of serviced material, novel assembly techniques or margin enhancements for new make production. These opportunities will help new and existing customers solve manufacturing and production challenges. In return for providing our customers with the highest level of service and support you can expect more than competitive income with additional growth opportunity.Essential Responsibilities :- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.- Maintain our existing customer base and proactively cultivate new customer leads in the assigned territory.- Maintain CRM updates for assigned accounts along with ensuring data is current and accurate.- Strategically build relationships with decision-makers and end users by introducing Phoenix Laser Solution's technology and products while identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.- Develop plans and strategies for understanding our customer's business and processes to increase sales volume and grow the territory.- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.Desired Skills and Qualities :- Technical capability to understand and recommend solutions for customers in the tool and die / machining industry.- Individual with engineering/technical aptitude for mechanical and industrial processes.- Results driven, strategic thinker proficient with initiating and developing relationships.- Proven ability to take ownership, a readiness and a willingness to learn new technologies and concepts to effectively execute business development strategies.- Passionate about maximizing value for customers while meeting and exceeding company sales and growth targets.- Organized and able to manage multiple deals through various methods, including the use of a CRM system.- Be a hunter, with persuasive abilities to close deals.Qualifications/Requirements :A technically inclined game changer, with the ability to create new business opportunities from a complex and competitive business landscape.Bonus Qualification : A degree in Industrial Technology or Engineering with machining experience a definite plus.Benefits :We offer attractive compensation and benefits, including a generous company profit sharing program, option to work remotely, company vehicle and expense account.
