Sales EngineerProvide technical consulting services for customers operating in the construction aggregate and minerals processing industries. The Sales Engineer role represents a high-growth opportunity for a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset. This position offers strong financial earnings potential, including structured quarterly and annual bonuses, and significant long-term wealth creation through our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted technical advisor for quarry, mine, and plant managers.Manage and optimize crushing, screening, washing, wear parts, and process flow for customers.Balance proactive sales growth with long-term customer performance.Navigate outdoor, industrial, and safety-focused environments with approximately 50% regional travel.RequirementsEngineering degree or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred).3–10 years of experience in the aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.Strong technical comprehension of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to ownership.Compensation PackageBase salary plus quarterly and annual bonusesCompany-paid medical benefits for the entire family1 month of vacationCompany vehicle providedESP stock program401kRelocation assistance
